(1) In accordance with this Act, the party who is not satisfied with the order or judgment in the case initiated and set aside by the Labor Court may appeal to the Supreme Court within thirty-five days from the date of hearing such order or judgment.
(2) The decision made by the Labor Court on appeal shall be final.
